Hi, I'm Katie Gleeson
I'm passionate about helping you regain your vitality by making some simple nutrition and lifestyle changes.
I experienced the transformative impact of nutritional therapy and this enlightening experience led me to successfully complete a three year diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition with distinction at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and become a fully registered Nutritional Therapist.
I know from personal experience that taking responsibility for changing our health can be daunting. However, I also know only too well just how rewarding the impact of these changes can be, especially when guided by someone who understands the landscape and provides a structured and achievable nutritional plan.
I often hear clients saying they experience cravings, feeling exhausted, poor concentration, anxiety, bloated, stomach pains, low mood, headaches, poor sleep and lack of time for themselves to relax or exercise.

Nutritional Therapy is based on the application of nutrition-based science with the aim of promoting health and wellbeing through a personalised approach. Each person is unique and during the one to one consultations the Nutritional Therapist offers a wide range of tools.
These extend from simple dietary and lifestyle adjustments to incorporating personalised comprehensive testing to unravel the web of health challenges that can often be complex in nature. By reviewing the body holistically the Nutritional Therapist will create a realistic and achievable personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to support the individual on their journey towards optimising their health and wellbeing.
