I recently watched Katie give a talk on nutrition. I was more than impressed by Katie's friendly professionalism. She obviously has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. But more importantly, was able to convey that information to her audience in a simple and effective way.
The information made sense and it was refreshing to hear a logical voice in what can often be an industry of fads and strange claims. Katie was open to discussion with the audience and people felt comfortable raising questions specific to their own dietary issues. It was enjoyable to hear her responses on a variety of different nutrition topics.
Katie is truly wonderful at what she does. She had a wealth of knowledge in nutrition and has a knack of being able to break this down and explain it in a way that is easy to understand. I really enjoyed the talk that you delivered at the Wellness Cottage, it really inspired me to start being more conscious of what food that I am feeding my body. It is clear that you embody what you teach and that you are really passionate about helping others to create a better relationship with food and with themselves.
